  2. The author of this article must be child psychologist.
Whatever he wrote are the present scenario of our kerala education.
The duty of our students is to concentrate only on studies, not on politics.
In the recent ages every portion of our society has become profit making establishments. But christian institutions are somehow managing with certain policies.
There are many schools in kerala run by christian managements doing good service.
Without money nobody can run the show.

  3. Better to send sms to all heads of christian managements.
They should have little mercy on parents and students.
    Not priests.

  4. I have a strong suggestion that the priests may not be authorized to administer the education institutions.except the sisters.
The present status of affairs in all csi managements are horrible.
Church members give due respect to the priests so that they act as per their own style of operations.
I know one last grade servant from one of the BEM schools from cannanore district was suspended by csi manager on a false allegation. The education officers and court also canceled his suspension long back and he was admitted back in the job.But the manager priest dint obey the court and officers.
This suspension was a part of church politics. The suspended person was against the illegal plays of church leadership.
Now what I understand that again the manager is harassing him by not giving the increments in salary. The manager was forced to remit the salaries from his pocket to government paid during the period of suspension because it was illegal suspension.
Lot of similar cases are there in this management.
I was a strong supporter of the bishop but after verifying the records of the victimized workers I hate this person.
He has no control over this management even though he is the chairman of the governing body.
This not an allegation but truth.

  6. As father John said it is the high time to rethink about the administration of the christian institutions.Good governance is far away from these institutions.

  8. I would like to beg the Bishop to please stop asking donation from poor families.
Missionaries started our college for the poor.

  9. Root causes of all problems comes from the Leader of the Diocese. He has to have an IDEA about what he is supposed to do. Any fool can become a Manager, but only for name sake. But management is an ART and very few have that capacity. in fact, it is an ART. New age management is to stir up and EXPLOIT the EGOS in individuals. Manager should be skilled, flexible, matter of fact, with proper vision, goal achieving and on top, a LEADER. We lack all these capacities in our diocese. our diocese chooses a dummy doll as manager and he knows nothing about what he is appointed for.

my opinion is it is good to have healthy politics in colleges. Education should be costly and admit children through tough screening especially in college level. so that children and parents will know its worth. we should give FREE education to
100% deserving POOR, TALENTED students. Should give Teachers a GREAT COMFORTABLE working atmosphere as well. (no one can work under stress and pressure.)

my plea is never appoint a VICAR in any management or administration post apart from church administration. if so,
nearly 45 - 60% of trouble will be smoothened out.

  10. Brother clifod,
I do agree with you.As far as CSI community is concerned our own chaps are making all issues.
The church is facing problems from inside only.No communal force attack us from outside. We have leaders poisonous than the king cobra.sometimes dangerous than 'kalakooda'poison.I am not putting words without sense.
The prime reason I find is the unwanted fight between lay members and vicars for power.
Vicars support all the unwanted orders of the bishop.lay people question it.problem starts.
Here we need a clear understanding between the vicars and lay members so that all the existing problems can be sorted out without any pain.
Our own people are ready to even kill own brothers for getting a post in the college or schools.
All the latest events teach us this fact. I never meant that all the vicars and lay members are bad.Number of vicars with great brain and ideas are there in csi.
But authority is with dull headed ones.We have a fantastic democratic set up.Unfortunately nobody is there in the leadership with common sense. All are busy with minting money.
    Let me know your suggestions.

  11. Your article is good.I can not digest the church politics.
The deeper you involve in todays church politics, you are running away and away from the God.
Even the political leaders are far better than this bishop and school manager.

  13. Today in the present world christianity and communism will never grow even if you situate thousands of schools and colleges.
Go to chattisgad, orissa, madhyapradesh and learn how our christian missionaries are struggling to make the common man educate and help.
Christianity and your communism are now establishments.
Godmen are making money in the name of jesus and marx.
All bishops are like saibaba or amrithadevi amma or dinakaran brother.
Rev.Thomas has very sincerly said that no christian college can convert a man to christianity.
It has got lot of meanings.
A new revolution is needed to supress all the criminals and sadist bishops ruling the churches without any fear in God.

  17. Do not permit to appoint achans or ayyans in demonstratives post especialy school manger, college Manager and property Managers of the Diocese. It is the duty of the council members to curb the practice and protect the Dieocese.Do not allow the birth of another criminal pouldavids and kuruvilas in the Diocese, and also control the laymen leaders. It is the duty of the CSI members. If so our Diocese have a good future.
