THE PRICIPAL TRANSFERED FROM MCCHS,CALICUT TO THIS SCHOOL IS FACING HECTIC HARRASSMENT FROM THE CSI MANAGEMENT.SHE WAS SUSPENDED FROM SERVICE FOR FALSE ALLEGATIONS.THE HON.HIGH COURT OF KERALA CANCELLED HER SUSPENSION AND ORDERED TO REINSTATE HERBACK IN SERVICE.SHE OUGHT TO HAVE REINSTATED IN MCCHSS ,CALICUT FROM WHERE SHE WAS SUSPENDED.BUT THE MANAGER WHO SITS ONLY FOR" VINDICTIVE "ACTIVITIES POSTED HER IN BEMHSS,CALICUT TO FULFIL HIS OWN WILL AND PLEASURE. AS THERE ARE NO FULL TIME POST IN THIS SCHOOL THE GOVT.AUTHORITIES CAN NOT APPROVE HER TRASFER WHICH IS WELL KNOWN TO THE MANAGER. AS A RESULT OF THIS ACTIVITY OF THE MANAGER, THE OTHER TEACHERS WERE STRUGGLING FO SALARIES FOR MONTHS TOGETHER. THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION PROVISIONALLY APPOINTED ANOTHER SENIOR TEACHER AS "PRINCIPAL IN CHARGE" AND DIRECTED HER TO SIGN ON PAY BILL AS A"TEMPORARY ARRANGEMENT".
BUT OUR BELOVED MANAGER INSTRUCTED THE IN CHARGE TO ACT AS A FULL TIME PRINCIPAL,SHE WAS DIRECTED TO WRITE THE ORIGINAL PRINCIPAL:S DESIGNATION AS "TEACHER " IN THE ATTENDANCE REGISTER?
NO COURT OR THE DEPARMENT PUNISHED OR DEMOTED THE PRICIPAL SO FAR. BUT OUR MANAGER WHO THINKS THAT "I AM THE STATE,AND EVEN THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA" PERSUADED THE "IN-CHARGE" TO DO SO.
SOON AFTER THE INTERVENTION OF OUR ORGANISATION ACTIVISTS THE ATTENDANCE REGISER WAS CORRECTED. THE IN-CHARGE TRIED TO MAKE A RUBBER SEAL IN THE NAME OF "PRINCIPAL" AND USED IN A BANK DOCUMENT WHICH WAS CAUGHT BY THE BANK PEOPLE .ACCORDING TO THE ORDER OF THE REGIONAL DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION SHE SHOULD NOT CONFER UPON HER ANY CLAIM TO THE POST OF PRINCIPAL ON ANY GROUND. SHE IS AUTHORISED TO DRAW AND DISBURSE THE SALARY OF THE STAFF OF THE SCHOOL. SHE WAS PLACED AS HSST 'IN CHARGE OF PRINCIPAL PURELY ON PROVISIONAL BASIS' . HOW CAN THE MANAGER INSTRUCT HER TO CONVERT THE ORIGINAL FULL TIME PRINCIPAL INTO AN
ORDINARY TEACHER ???

I already heard this news from a reliable source and felt pity about the crocked school manager, David Ayyan. Since he has very short period for his retirement, why did he do such mindless atrocities against daughter of his senior, affectionate and seminary’s teacher Rev. Vijayan ayyan? This David ayyan had good reputation when he was in Telicherry church. We thought he was a man of faith and principles and expected a good leadership form him. But the position and money made him greedy and puppet in the hands of few. This is very pathetic news from our community institutions. He amassed countless money within a short span of time that is very clear from the luxurious marriage of his daughter. We are forced to say close our eyes and say Amen when he does and say anything that is our fate and preceding. But appreciating this new attempt to expose irregularities in our institutions and real face of our god men.
What we can do against those deliberate and inhuman activities, this is the immediate feeling and response of an average member of our church. So I think this is good forum to gather up public feelings and air to the world. To rectify these purposeful faults we have to take whip too, like Jesus when it is required. .Nisha

If my memory is right Mrs.Remila is the person who has taken the Akash fund raised by the students for their school mate Akash who had to get his legs amputated because of an accident.I think she is the same person who got the Hr.sec post after buttering Rev.Gladston actually Mrs.Mridula was the deserving candidate.I think she is the daughter of the same Rev.Vijayan who showed his sons as orphans for getting foreign funds.Should she continue as Principal?praise the lord

If there is a so called ednl mafia in the CSI management I appreciate them because they are the true men army who could bring out the true colour of a "Santosh Madhavi" who swallowed nearly 4lacs lumpsum grant of Scheduled caste and scheduled tribe of the MCC Hr.Sec ,1 lac of P.D fund,2lacs of govt.fund,a few thousands from the non disbursement of the 'Caution Deposit' of the students on their completion of the course ,1 lac from the book fund and also other charity funds like the Akash fund.
I hope this mafia would cleanse the CSI schools and bring out more culprits who obstructs the smooth progression of the administrative machinery through disobeyal of orders,lethargic attitude towards the discharge of duty and who are disloyal to the Institutions which gave them bread and butter without any donations
I urge all the bloggers to join hands for the upliftment of our institutions and throw out the nefarious elements who want the “Construction “work of the schools through the destruction of harmony and peace ,who want to be the “Alien”manager of schools in the name of Basel mission,who want to make the college “Olive Noon “ and autonomous through getting himself a managership ,who want to manage the Church like a bank and also who want to live on expense of the church all in the name of Basel Mission.Praise the Lord.
