SUPREME AUTHORITY OF OUR CHURCH(CSI SYNOD) APPOINTED FOUR MEMBER
ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE AS PER THE PROVISIONS OF THE CSI
CONSTITUTION TO LOOK AFTER THE DAY-TO-DAY ADMINISTRATION OF
OUR CHURCHES AND INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE NORTH KERALA DIOCESE.
BUT THIS CONSTITUTIONAL DECISION WAS CHALLENGED IN VARIOUS COURTS
BY FEW PERSONS WHO ARE SYNOD EXECUTIVE MEMBER AND DIOCESAN
EXECUTIVE MEMBER AND PASTORATE COMMITTEE MEMBERS.
THE OTTAPALAM COURT WHERE JURISDICTION EXISTS REFUSED TO ALLOW
AN INJUNCTION TO THE ORDER OF THE MODERATOR.
BUT IN A CASE (NUMBER OS 29/2011,IA 104) FILED BY ONE MR.VINOD MATHEW,
A PASTORATE COMMITTEE MEMBER FROM MEPPADI,WAYANAD IN THE
MUNSIF COURT OF KALPETTA PRAYING FOR AN INJUNCTION PREVENTING THE
ADMINISTRATORS IN THE FUNCTIONS OF THE WAYANAD DISTRICT
COUNCIL TEMPORARY STAY WAS ALLOWED.
IT GIVES US GREAT PLEASURE TO INFORM THE READERS THAT THIS CASE
WAS DISMISSED BY THE COURT WITH COSTS FAVORING
THE DECISION OF THE THE SYNOD TO APPOINT AN ADMINISTRATIVE
COMMITTEE SINCE THE PERIOD OF DIOCESAN COUNCIL IS OVER.
THE VERDICT WAS PRONOUNCED BY THE JUDGE ON 16.02.2011,4.55 pm.
WE ARE TRYING FOR THE CERTIFIED COPY OF THE VERDICT.
SOON AFTER GETTING IT WILL BE PUBLISHED HERE AND ALSO IN savecsi.net.

SIRS,I personally met one of the court employees.Your news is true.
I was informed by him that during the time of arguments the counsel appearing for the synod argued that how the copy of the secret letter sent by synod received by Mr.Vinod Mathew.
This is a serious play of the bishop and I think the synod may take action against the Bishop.
As csipass say this is a major irregularity on his part and the same must be viewed very seriously.
Thank you csipass for informing the truth.
End will be there for all atrocities.
I think none of the judges in kerala courts including the high court will give this bishop excuse because he is an unpopular bishop in kerala.

A serious issue in which Bishop is involved will be published soon in the newspapers. The govt. is seriously involved in this (CM). A serious hidden investigation is one the way. I am not able to disclose more details on this matter. Once the issue is public (very soon) No man will be able to help the Bishop (except God). CSINKD Bishop is on the same route as Manika Dorai traveled.
Memorablia sir,please dont disclose the things.I know the bishop is sailing in the same boat of coimbatore bishop.
What ever adjustments they do it is impossible to come out from the lock of the courts.

I can assure you one thing that the problems between the diocesan leadership and the church members will remain unsettled if the bishop goes as per the directions of one or two people who are not interested in the welfare of the church.

Bishops led the church with ardent faith and exemplary life. The Most Rev;I.JESUDASAN is a true living disciple of Christ. We had the golden bishops with wooden crown, but today we have wooden bishops with golden crowns. Lord do you allow the so called bishops to grow like the bulls of bashan and the bishopamma the cows of bashan and go on sinning bishops are avaricious Lord do you call the sins of them as H O L LY . Lord do you not know the moderator vasanthikumaran is notoriouscriminal earned more than 50 crores illegally .We learnt that the Blood of Jesus washes away sin ,but this man changed the term blood into currency .LAST WEEK .the gods man vasanth accepted a compliment worth25 lacks from the most rev k.p.yohnnaan and from bishop k.pothen Kuruvilla for washing away his sins .

Moderator and our Kuruvilla Thirumany are birds of same feather. defenders time and money spent in vain. YOu can not teach a donkey by the court laws. As far as it is donkey you have to beat it if it want you to do good.
Present state of Kuruvilla thirumany is more than a donkey. if you like to correct him, use ur common sense and do not waste your money and time.

K P Kuruvilla thirumany is my coeval and we belong to same parish. News about him really hurt me a lot. People who are chosen by God and men are expected to be famous is natural. Unfortunately some people would ruin their goodwill and compromise with mere pittance. This is my obesrvation even in spiritual realm. When I went through the writings, I felt Kurivilla thirumany also devastated his God given authority and ran after the worldly pleasures. His family members have great role to correct him, as far as I understand his situation. But i don't know why they are keep mum. Still I remember the way they are brought up and the toil/hard work of his father. At least thirumany must have remembered his father’s face and his toil when he deviates from this ministry. This is very bad for our church at kodukulangy.
