THE FORMER CHAIRMAN OF PUTHIYARA CHURCH LODGED A POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST EIGHT CHURCH WORKERS ALLEGING THAT THEY DEMOLISHED PUTHIYARA CHURCH AFTER A "DEEPARADHANA". HEY READERS! do you know what is ""DEEPARADHANA" IN A CHRISTIAN CHURCH ?????
DESPITE OF THE REPEATED REQUESTS OF THE POLICE AUTHORITIES AGAIN AND AGAIN HE PRESSURISED THEM TO REGISTER THE CASE AS PER THE DIRECTION FROM SHORANUR. SOON AFTER HE REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT THE "INDIA VISION" TV PEOPLE VISITED THE CHURCH PREMISES AND THEY FOUND THAT NOT EVEN A SPOT OF SAND WAS DESTROYED. THEY TELECASTED THE FACT THE SAME DAY .FINALLY THIS CRIME CASE REACHED IN THE KOZHIKODE KUNNAMANGALAM CRIMINAL COURT.
ALL THE WITNESSES WERE PASTORATE COMMITTEE MEMBERS. THE HON.JUDGE FOUND THAT THE VICAR HAD NOT MENTIONED A WORD ABOUT THE DEMOLITION OF CHURCH WHEN THE POLICE CAME FOR INVESTIGATION. BUT IN THE POLICE COMPLAINT IT WAS MENTIONED. WHEN THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR QUESTIONED HIM HE PRESENTED EVERYTHING CONTRARY TO THE STATEMENT GIVEN TO THE POLICE.
WHEN THE ADVOCATE FOR THE RESPONDENTS CROSSED HIM HE GIVEN A STATEMENT AGAINST THE BISHOP AND PRESENTED EVERYTHING LIKE AN LKG STUDENT. THE JUDGE AS WELL AS THE GATHERING IN THE COURT WERE ACTUALLY WORRIED TO WITNESS SUCH STATEMENTS.. NOBODY CAN EXPECT THESE TYPES OF CHILDISH ACTIONS FROM A RESPONSIBLE PRIEST..\
THE OTHER WITNESSES ALSO MISERABLY FAILED TO PROVE THEIR OWN STATEMENTS RECORDED IN THE POLICE RECORDS SUBMITTED IN THE COURT..THE SAXTON WHO WAS AN EYE WITNESS STATED THAT 'after the DEEPARADHANA" I went for a tea." .HE WAS ONE OF THE MAHASSOR AND EYE WITNESSES WHO HAD SIGNED IN THE RELATED POLICE RECORDS. THIS IS ALSO THE FATE OF PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE THAT STILL THEY ARE LIVING IN THE ANCIENT "JEMINDHARI" SYSTEM.
NOW THE CSIPASS HAS DECIDED TO FILE DEFAMATION CASES AGAINST THE VICAR AND THE SO CALLED PUTHIYARA PASTORATTE COMMITTEE MEMBERS AS WELL AS THE WITNESSES SOON
AFTER THE VERDICT IS RECEIVED. THIS DECISION IS NOT AGAINST THE CHURCH OR BISHOP.BUT AGAINST THE PEOPLE WHO EXPLOIT THE CHURCH MEMBERS AND GIVE DISREGARD TO THE LAWS OF THE LAND.
ARE THESE PRIEST AND PASTORATE COMMITTEE MEMBERS "HUMAN BEINGS"?. THIS IS AN ANOTHER FATE OF OUR POOR CHURCH MEMBERS.

Since I have a strong sentimental attachment with CSI Puthiyara and its members, I was really shocked when I went through this write up. The Serenity and sanctity of our church has been ruined by Bishop Kuruvilla and his criminals. Prevailing Situations in the churches force us to say this statement emphatically though it was blaspheme against an anointed man and his mercenaries. After his arrival as bishop of our diocese, he animated lots of troubles both in the administrative and spiritual spheres
Congregations made him out easily. His intention is very clear devouring maximum money within the stipulated time. For executing the same, he finds apt criminals for attaining his targets. For Kuruvilla, Rev. Trover is one of the tools to operate his plan and dummy to divert people’s attention and agitation from him. Trover also had very bad ministerial pitfalls which can not be justified by any one. Mannarghat and Madai congregations would proclaim those contumacious and imprudent decisions of him and consequences which divided congregation into pieces.
Now he has been auspiciously transferred to Feroke church. I really sympathize to the church at feroke for their imminent ruin and police case. Any way this is very appropriate mean to communicate and colleting opinions from the congregation.—Paul
OH THIS IS VERY SHAMEFUL STORY ABOUT A CHURCH AND ITS SPIRITUAL LEADRES. IT IS SAID THAT TREVOR IS TRYING TO BECOME THE PREDISSESOR OF REV. PAUL DAVID, THAT IS MORE DANGEROUS TO ENTIRE COMMUNITY.

Who is this PASS Puthiyara.......shameless crooks with out back bone..........have no guts to come in to light.... they had kicked out of church already for un necessarily accusing a priest, remember programme in Kannadi Asianet,,, are u still stick on to that arguments Mr, jeevitham anandam akkunna brother..... this is not the way... u will get ur bread one day... u had pressed the panic button now... wait and see...???
