The irony is that until someone occupies the Leadership Post, democracy is the keyword. But when reached the Post then it is conveniently forgotten. Problems are there and will be there; that's why we need leaders at every level, who should be prepared to solve them, not by leaving the problems to mount and have a natural death; but to wholeheartedly understand them, hear the masses (I mean the elected representatives) and go with their needs and sentiments rather than trying to hammer upon them their personal whims and fancies even by willfully destroying the Church and its Institutions.

Those who point fingers towards the right path are penalized and removed from the scene. The Colonial rulers of the past may be ashamed by seeing how some of our key Leaders run the affairs to-day. Most of them opt to run away from the problems for dubious reasons, or procrastinate thereby allowing the small problems to grow into insurmountable proportions and eventually destroy the Church and the faith on which it stands!

MAY GOD HELP THEM AND SAVE THE CHURCH!!!
