As all of us know very well due to violation of our constitution,since the period of the Diocesan Council is expired the supreme authority of our church the SYNOD was compelled to constitute
an administrative committee as per the provisions of CSI constitution to avoid the vacuum and
also administrative stalemate existing in our North Kerala Diocese.
The synod selected five member committee including the bishop
as the chairman.
Two of them are retired IAS officers and other two are retired
ARMY officers(col. and commodore).
All of us were so confident that the administration as well
as the process of election will be safe in the hands of these officers those who are well experienced in handling situations.
These four were selected by the synod knowing their abilities
and the good services rendered to our country.
The four were abused and a bunch of people tried to assault
them when they entered the chamber of the bishop to assume
charges.Two of our priests were also present with the goons.
Three litigations were filed in Kalpetta,ottapalam and
thodupuzha courts by few proxies praying injunctions for the
order of the synod.(How they received the copy of Moderator's
order marked as 'confidential' sent to bishop was a question
came in the court during argument sessions)
A temporary stay was allowed by the Kalpetta court preventing
the administrators from involving the administration of
WAYANAD DISTRICT COUNCIL.
As we mentioned in the other post this stay was vacated and the
suit itself was dismissed with cost by the court.
After assuming the charges the out going treasurer and the new designated treasurer approached the bank authorities and the
accounts were frozen due to the non co-operation of our own
bishop to accept the new treasurer.
We came to understand that the copies of the letter submitted
by the outgoing and new treasurer have already gone to
the Registrar of Companies and the Reserve Bank of India.
CSITA is a company registered under the Companies Act and
all the rules and regulations of the company Law Board are
binding upon them.
According to the court and Laws of the Land they were functioning as administrators. We understand that there is a stay for the dismissal order of the court till the 'receipt of the carbon copy' of the order(The case in kalpetta where the stay allowed on
wayanad district council). The area of North Kerala Diocese
starts from Munnar and ends at Payyanur(kannur district).

UNDER THE NORTH KERALA DIOCESE,which please note.
Now it was published in news papers that the administrative
committee is reconstituted,numbering six, removing the Col. and one of the IAS officers and three new members have been
included as' SUGGESTED BY THE BISHOP'.
None of the administrators have resigned or terminated by
the synod so far. The removal of two admins were 'NOT INFORMED'
to them also. It was there in the press news that the reconstituted admins committee has taken charge.NOBODY
HAS UNDERSTOOD WHAT IS HAPPENING !!!!!!

All of us are living in this world obeying and following the rules
and regulations specified for official actions.Here the removal
of the administrators were not intimated.When the synod want
to remove somebody there must be a valid reason or allegation,
or the admins have to resign as their own.People could not understand
the version 'As suggested by the bishop'.
This is a matter pertaining to the future of the church and its
believers.Then this is not a matter of the administration of
an individual church or its youth fellowship or sunday school.
This is a responsibility of handling the administration of the
whole diocese.Here our own bishop only committed mistakes and violated the provisions of the constitution by not conducting the elections in time,not informing the synod about the removal
of the election stay existed in Munnar court.Nobody has pressurized the moderator to send administrators to North
Kerala. It is a natural process and same status exist in coimbatore and Rayalseema(AP) dioceses also.
As members of the church as well as the citizens of this great
Republic we are also in darkness.We do not know how it is
possible for CSITA company to remove a 'designated treasurer'
and an administrative officer without giving them notice
or obtaining resignation letters and appoint others that too
'AS SUGGESTED BY THE BISHOP'.!!!!!!!!!!
We are getting number of calls from home and abroad asking
us to publish the real story behind it.We inform all our beloved
readers that we are unable to find out 'WHAT HAS HAPPENED IN BETWEEN'.
One thing we can assure you that NOBODY CAN CLOSE THE
EYES OF TRUTH AND ESCAPE FROM THE STRONG
