I had a quick look on this page.Same amount of corruption,mismanagement,fraud resolutions are there in all places where land and money become surplus.
We had such a bishop.

Don't try to teach me.There are few people in puthiara thinking that they are the rulers of kerala state.They got agents in diocesan office including all the three office bearers.They get papers through them.
They thing they are journalists.steeling papers from office and posting pages in blogs.One man in puthiara has connection with ministers and ruling political party.He knows all the diocesan advocates and pressuring them to argue for them.Why our all cases are failure.This is the reason.They have friendship with judges of high court staying in calicut.Teachers are helping them financially.All teachers are friends of them.All orders of manager putting for teachers are questioned in court.Always teachers only win cases.The rascal from puthiara and commitee of catheedrel,st marys,feroke,gundart are close friends.They influence advocates and pressuring to argue for them.One famous advocate from st marys and secretary also friends of this rascal.Bishop is helpless.All are attacking the bishop.He is a poor man.He was a close friend of this people.Why suddently they become enemies i dont know.now he cant come to calicut.Public should understand real face.They are trying to send him out.In the last election they won.there is a stay in court.that is why bishop is not calling diocesan council.All said manager is bad.so we changed manager.what they need more.reply.

I have no capacity to teach you and will never attempt also. Please don't be silly and childish. Talk sense.If anyone gets papers from any office, one should appreciate him. Do you know that Church has its own law and State has its own law and has difference in aim?? The purpose of Church is to increase of the glory of GOD, by bringing the human beings into union with HIM through the death and resurrection of HIS Son.
Court need EVIDENCES. on mere talk or written statement, no court can put any order. and No judge will ever order without evidences. If it ever happens so, you can go for an appeal. No advocate will ever do injustice to his career. (There are some. but before appointing an advocate, it is the party's responsibility to enquire about that advocate and study him first
before signing any vakalath.)
Why one makes friendship with another?? only by knowing that he/has some good quality only wil one do so. will you ever make
friendship with a corrupt person or murderer or a criminal?? there is no logic in what you say, that teachers have friendship with them.

I agree with you that our Bishop is good. but the people surrounding him are criminals and evil spiritted like Govt. suspenden person, gunda from puthiyara, the person bon to file suits against Bishops etc.. Let the Bishop try to understand it, chase them away. not only those people, but there are some achans too to be chased away. sure, we know some of that kind of achans are in support for us for the time being. but they will also be exposed if they commit any knid of forgery, cheating, malpractices and evil deeds. Anyone can make mistakes but realizing it, admitting it and correcting is the right method.

I am not in kerala.working miles away.But I can predict the end of our basel mission churches.
My concern is only about this.what are your suggestions for the solutions.I know the people black mailing the bishop very well.Leave those persons.what you have to share.

I am not helping anyone. My ultimate aim is to revive and bring our Basel Mission to all its past glory.
Jesus Christ came into this world to SAVE the SINNERS and not the RIGHTEOUS. Keeping this in mind, my suggestions:
1. I will not suggest that the Bishop should be thrown out. Our Christian motto is FORGET and FORGIVE. To err is human, forgive is divine. If the Bishop has committed any mistakes that wounded the feelings of any congregation, I would suggest that he call off such decisions or alter it.
2. Governing bodies’ and Committees’ tenure should be 2 years or less and never more. Reason: so that these people will not get a chance to establish themselves and conspire for corruption.
3. A person shouldn’t come back to committees or councils before 3 scheduled tenures of three different committees i.e., there should be an interval of 6 years.
4. If a Church or congregation fails to find candidates for the committee, let the Bishop in consultation with the members of the congregation nominate members to assist the vicar.

5. The people coming the councils and committees should submit their profile which has to be scrutinized for any personal, moral, social, financial or any other corruptions and allegations that have been proved.
6. The people coming to different posts in the councils should be spiritually oriented, have suitable educational qualification, capability and a general acceptance.
7. Let the vicars, who claim themselves to have been “CALLED” for ministry confine and focus their service for the upliftment of the church and its spirituality. Let the uncorrupt and capable laymen do the administration.
8. We have never added any wealth or assets to our existing possessions. So we don’t have any right to sell off anything. Instead retain it and utilize it and make it profitable.
9. Regarding these things, a general awareness should be created among our people.
10. Whatever the matter, the bishop is the head of the Diocese and he has to be obeyed all the vicars and the vicars should not use the congregation for attaining their personal ends. And such vicars should be punished justifiably.
These are my own suggestions. I have formed these keeping close watch over what has been going on in our churches for the last couple of decades.

8 In the same way, deacons are to be worthy of respect, sincere, not indulging in much wine, and not pursuing dishonest gain.
9 They must keep hold of the deep truths of the faith with a clear conscience.
10 They must first be tested; and then if there is nothing against them, let them serve as deacons.
11 In the same way, the women are to be worthy of respect, not malicious talkers but temperate and trustworthy in everything.
12 A deacon must be faithful to his wife and must manage his children and his household well.
13 Those who have served well gain an excellent standing and great assurance in their faith in Christ Jesus.
