all are contradictions, once u said there is no stay and admn are ruling the diocese, again said there is stay still the took the charge, then u said jemes wesley hunt is in charge of schools and college of diocese, then u published he is the election commissioner only, now u had published there is a stay and they could not take the charges and they went back assuming they took the charge. What are all these......
If the Vicars are to obey the Bishop, let them DO IT.
If the Bishop is to obey the Synod, let him DO IT.
Else, we layman have to decide things on our own. We can ont accept anymore these kind of Burgler and Police game.
as far as I know, the Synod appointed administrators are taken charge. NO DOUBT about it. Since they are decent, educated and cultured, they are just avoiding a problem being in the office. but they have started their field work.
I dont know some members are very much worried about the assuming charges of the administrators.
The bishop is not ready to cooperate with them.
He only created a scene when four of them went to shoranur for assuming charges.He may go to any extent to prevent these four officers to sit in the office.
So I request the supreme body of the CSI to take action against this bishop for disobeying the order of the synod.I understand that the so called stay is not binding upon them.It is for wayanad district only.
Bishop Kuruvilla should practice what he preaches. He expects, his subordinates various Presbyters should obey his advices. But, why he hesitates to obey the order of the Synod which is the highest body of this great organisation. The synod should dismiss this man without any further delay. Why they are waiting? If he continues and uncertainty prevails, he will make use of this interim period and do all sort of evils to kept him power. Kalpeta case clearly proves that he cannot continue as Bishop because he has released a confidential letter of the Synod to his henchmen to file case. How can he continue as Bishop?
I personally confirmed sir.the case in kalpetta munsif court is premature in nature and obtained a temporary injunction by confusing and misguiding the court.it is for wayanad council only.
This bishop is cheating the public by giving the confidential order to one vinod mathew,pastorate committee member of meppadi to file the case against synod.
The bishop and vinod must be removed from the family register of respective churches.They have committed criminal offence and it happened for the first time in the history of christian churches.
The cochin fellowship should move against this activity of bishop and vinod mathew.It is a must.

If the allegation of the person from meenangady is true,the bishop must be removed from the church membership.He has cheated the whole people in CSI.If possible try to publish the details without affecting the court process.
