As per the provisions of the church of south India constitution chapter VIII,clause 12(see page 73),the Diocesan Council elections must be completed within three months time from the expiry of the term of the old council.
Here in our Diocese the life of the old Diocesan Council expired on 23.10.2010.the extra period of three months completed on 23.01.2011.
As such,the old elected officers like treasurer,clergy secretary and lay secretary and all other elected bodies like executive committee cease to function from 24.01.2011.
As all of you know one person filed a suit in munnar court seeking relief for a complaint submitted to the Bishop on the irregularities in the election.As the chairman of the election committee Bishop has to dispose the complaint without giving room to bring this matter to court.unfortunately the Bishop never disposed the matter.Not submitted the counter affidavit in the court.He still wants to see that the formation of the Diocesan council is delayed.An interim stay was allowed to the petitioner.
Mrs.Latha John,an elected member of the Diocesan council impleaded in the above case and the stay was vacated LONG BACK,which was not communicated to the Moderator in time by the Bishop.
In this circumstances to avoid the administrative stalemate the synod was compelled to form an administrative committee as per the provisions of the CSI constitution. THIS IS A PERFECT DECISION TAKEN BY THE SYNOD AUTHORITIES AS PER LAW.
The administrative committee consisting of the following members have been constituted to function with effect from 24.01.2011.
1.Rt.Rev.Dr. K.P.KURUVILLA,the BISHOP as the Chairman.
2.Mr.P.I.JOHN(Rtd,IAS) as the Financial Administrator&Treasurer.
3. Commodore.MOHAN ANCHERY as the Administrative committee Secretary.
4.Col.JAMES WESLY HUNT as member of the Administrative committee.
5.Mr.T.C.JOHN(Rtd.IAS) as the Chief Election Commissioner.
The functions and powers of the newly appointed committee as per constitution will be the day to day administration of the churches,colleges,schools,hospitals and all other programmes of our Diocese.
The complete process of the new diocesan council election must be completed before the end of May 2011.
They are not authorized to enter into any property transactions like sale of land,lease of buildings, mortgage of our properties till the end of the period in office.
The life of the above committee will cease immediately after the installation of new Diocesan council and diocesan officers.

It was heard that some vicars and laymen tried to prevent the administrators from taking charge.
They must be suspended.
Hey, What suspension!!! we should DISMISS them. and this should be a lesson for everyone. OR SHOOT and KILL them. poor laymen.. they trust and believes the Vicar. NEVER TRUST AND BELIEVE A VICAR especially CSI vicar.

The vicar of kannur church is seriously injured and bedridden.He is not like a person you are thinking.committee members are also helping the church members.Why you are not talking about other vicars made damage to the csi religion?

Vincent Kannur sounds like a VICAR. pretty good. It must be silly matters for you mr. vincent. but for lay men like us, its not. YOU ARE PAID TO SERVE GOD AND PREACH GOSPEL AMONG US. The salary is not coming out of any vicar's family account. it is WE laymen who contribute. Mind it. Laymen is not for VICAR but Vicar is for the lay men.
it is because of the cassock people are not man handling the vicar. Don't any vicar think it is because of their beauty people are not doing it.
CSI should be dissolved. 99.99% of the Vicars is bad. and the seriously injured vicar traveled all the way to kannur for Election!!! sure, he must be SERIOUSLY injured.

WE should appreciate Mr. Manoj for bringing this kind of complaints. its not only top level is corrupt but from the root itself our CSI is corrupted.
A Complete cleansing is required. for that, laymen has to join hands together. Be careful not to fall into the evil intentions of VICARs. they practice pretty good the policy Divide and Rule.
Once, I was talking to a CSI vicar about the cross and the pain Jesus had on the cross. Surprisingly, the VICAR told me, if there was Machine gun at the time, Jesus would be killed by it. What would I tell him!!! I knew he never learned or read The OLD testament.
Another time, when I had gone to visit another CSI Vicar at his office, he was about to go out for a prayer. while i was sitting there infornt of him, he opened BIBLE and took some notes and threw the BIBLE. I asked him why he throw the BIBLE and I got an answer from him, its just a BOOK!!!!
What does all these mean???? aren't they making us FOOLS??
Drama is not Over. It is just begun. There are many yet to be brought out to the light. Many Vicars, Church Workers etc. etc...
This should be a lesson for all. Layman has to be careful and vigilant.
Constitution has to be implemented word to word.
Mr. Vinod Mathew, moved the Hon. Munsiff Court, Kalpetta with the bishop, the general secretary of the CSI and the the moderator as defendants, and obtained an injunction against the officiating administration from taking charge.

Our CSI Bishop and Vicars are doing things pre-planned. They are trying us to get away from the Church and when there is not much devotees, they can sell our CHURCHES. It is their aim. it is devilish attitude and they are after it. 99.99% of Vicars are aiming for this kind of happen immediately. In Europe, USA, Australia, many Churches are for sale and many are sold and some former churches are restaurant, hotels, club and motels. What to say!!
ATtitude of Bishop and Vicars should change. They should stand for JESUS and unite the laymen and proclaim the GOSPEL of JESUS CHRIST.
