As all of us know very well due to violation of our constitution,since the period of the Diocesan Council is expired the supreme authority of our church the SYNOD was compelled to constitute
an administrative committee as per the provisions of CSI constitution to avoid the vacuum and
also administrative stalemate existing in our North Kerala Diocese.
The synod selected five member committee including the bishop
as the chairman.
Two of them are retired IAS officers and other two are retired
ARMY officers(col. and commodore).
All of us were so confident that the administration as well
as the process of election will be safe in the hands of these officers those who are well experienced in handling situations.
These four were selected by the synod knowing their abilities
and the good services rendered to our country.
The four were abused and a bunch of people tried to assault
them when they entered the chamber of the bishop to assume
charges.Two of our priests were also present with the goons.
Three litigations were filed in Kalpetta,ottapalam and
thodupuzha courts by few proxies praying injunctions for the
order of the synod.(How they received the copy of Moderator's
order marked as 'confidential' sent to bishop was a question
came in the court during argument sessions)
A temporary stay was allowed by the Kalpetta court preventing
the administrators from involving the administration of
WAYANAD DISTRICT COUNCIL.
As we mentioned in the other post this stay was vacated and the
suit itself was dismissed with cost by the court.
After assuming the charges the out going treasurer and the new designated treasurer approached the bank authorities and the
accounts were frozen due to the non co-operation of our own
bishop to accept the new treasurer.
We came to understand that the copies of the letter submitted
by the outgoing and new treasurer have already gone to
the Registrar of Companies and the Reserve Bank of India.
CSITA is a company registered under the Companies Act and
all the rules and regulations of the company Law Board are
binding upon them.
According to the court and Laws of the Land they were functioning as administrators. We understand that there is a stay for the dismissal order of the court till the 'receipt of the carbon copy' of the order(The case in kalpetta where the stay allowed on
wayanad district council). The area of North Kerala Diocese
starts from Munnar and ends at Payyanur(kannur district).

UNDER THE NORTH KERALA DIOCESE,which please note.
Now it was published in news papers that the administrative
committee is reconstituted,numbering six, removing the Col. and one of the IAS officers and three new members have been
included as' SUGGESTED BY THE BISHOP'.
None of the administrators have resigned or terminated by
the synod so far. The removal of two admins were 'NOT INFORMED'
to them also. It was there in the press news that the reconstituted admins committee has taken charge.NOBODY
HAS UNDERSTOOD WHAT IS HAPPENING !!!!!!

All of us are living in this world obeying and following the rules
and regulations specified for official actions.Here the removal
of the administrators were not intimated.When the synod want
to remove somebody there must be a valid reason or allegation,
or the admins have to resign as their own.People could not understand
the version 'As suggested by the bishop'.
This is a matter pertaining to the future of the church and its
believers.Then this is not a matter of the administration of
an individual church or its youth fellowship or sunday school.
This is a responsibility of handling the administration of the
whole diocese.Here our own bishop only committed mistakes and violated the provisions of the constitution by not conducting the elections in time,not informing the synod about the removal
of the election stay existed in Munnar court.Nobody has pressurized the moderator to send administrators to North
Kerala. It is a natural process and same status exist in coimbatore and Rayalseema(AP) dioceses also.
As members of the church as well as the citizens of this great
Republic we are also in darkness.We do not know how it is
possible for CSITA company to remove a 'designated treasurer'
and an administrative officer without giving them notice
or obtaining resignation letters and appoint others that too
'AS SUGGESTED BY THE BISHOP'.!!!!!!!!!!
We are getting number of calls from home and abroad asking
us to publish the real story behind it.We inform all our beloved
readers that we are unable to find out 'WHAT HAS HAPPENED IN BETWEEN'.
One thing we can assure you that NOBODY CAN CLOSE THE
EYES OF TRUTH AND ESCAPE FROM THE STRONG

What you have mentioned is absolutely correct.The designated tresurer and administrator have been removed becuase they will not agree to be a party to the financial misappropriations carried out by the authorities.Bishop is afraid that they will expose many of the misdeeds of last three years.The designted treasurer has been removed and in his place one of his former clerk in the income tax department is appointed as administrator. An ordinary office assistant is better than the income tax commisioner to cover yp the unlawful activities.Here the income tax commisioner is removed with malafide intention. Another reason for his disqualification is that he is a member of CSI CHRIST CHURCH ELAMKULAM.If Bishop hands were clean ,he would have welcomed the first committee but he has sabotaged it .It is high time to interfere and set things right by united direct action of the laity.
No doubt, CSI administration has now become like a "Banana Rebuplic". This has raised lot of questions about the functioning of the synod. Does the moderator who appointed such a panel of reputed officers is a puppet moderator? In the first place, why he appointed and removed them unceremoniously. Is he afraid of the gondas of the Bishop and his henchmen? Has he been pressurized by any other gang? In general people feel that money power has played a role in their removal. How can we save the diocese from the clutches of these people. The trustees of the CSI Trust Association have failed to protect the properties of this great association and are they backing all criminal elements to destroy this great institution? All right thinking people should call the synod and raise their voice.
What these brothers published is exactly correct.
Two achans were transferred from kalamassery and eelamkulam in the last year.The Bishop violated all the rules and regulations written in this aspect.
The church men filed cases in ernakulam court.In all cases the Bishop was defeated because he had violated the norms of transfer.Now the time has come for next transfer.What I heard from ernakulam church that this bishop has filed cases against these achans requesting court that they should not enter into church for sunday service.somebody told he received such stay.correct picture I don't know.
AS you said rightly this is a banana republic.we can not see such bishop anywhere in the world.I am not blaming a Bishop.But shared my feeling with you.

Of course YES. CSI has become a banana republic now. No doubts remain back. One could easily understand with the kind of people who are in the leadership. All the trust worthy people have resigned way back. Its Headed by a corrupt criminal Bishop and a group of scoundrels.
The newly appointed administrative committee was a relief for the Church members. But now after strong pressure and false injunctions flied by the bishop, moderator has replaced the members from the admin committee to people with unknown backgrounds.
A pertinent question arises, Is it Rev Vasanthakumar the moderator or is it Bishop Kuruvilla the moderator. The church is searching for reasons for why did moderator changed the clean members to unclean people. You don'nt need to answer to us, but there's gonna come a situation when you would need to answer for all what you have done irrespective of who or what you are. We are not interested to know for how much silver coins did the moderator betray the church members. Because what he got is not a matter for us, but for what he has done to us is the matter.
Its like what has Happened in Egypt. The autocratic will have to go or he will be forced to go. Just remember that!
CSI had been a so called Banana republic way back when K P Kuruvilla was ordained as bishop. Since then by dues course of time, he and his dirty men were looting the church. He is just a bishop by virtue, his activities can be easily related to some of the top frauds and Goondas of the state. What more reason would one need to identify CSI as a Banana Republic.

Also what is the state of the land deal case at trissur. Did the court trail bishop? I think he is gonna get arrested with that single issue.
Lets hope that one day everything comes back into track. But that good day will not come back unless our infamous bishop goes back.

Dear readers and csi passmembers, actually all of us living in the North kerala csi Banana republic- diocese, since 2006. The process was started by the King of diocese from puthiyar,the illegal suspension of five members from the church membership and also collected church tax from the five members.....what a fool Banana king. Still they are out side but inside. Now this is happening in synod also with the interference of King of Banana republic. Remember,
the iron bars are not far away. The great Leders of the nations are inside the bars, this will be the fate of the King of Banana republic and some Ministers and their henchmen. Do not think all the people in your Csi North Kerala Banana Republic are fools.
In a banana republic, With a banana headed Bishop. Good to hear that col. has won the case. High time that we teach these banana headed a leasson.
