Allegations against other CSI bishops also published in this news paper.But these shepherds never read this.
I understand from reliable sources that now all the actions of the bishop and his committee are subjudice.Which is the constituitional and legal administrative committee?

Dear friend,Thank you very much for your comment.We are ashamed to publish the day to day events happening here.We all are standing for the proper implementation of the CONSTITUTIONS OF CSI AND NORTH KERALA DIOCESE.But what is happening now is beyond our imagination.You may aware that the Hon.sub court of ottapalam passed an order to block all the CSITA accounts of our diocese.Now all the bank accounts are frozen.This case was filed by one of our church members and the first respondent is the moderator and the second one is bishop.But the moderator did not appoint advocate to defend the case!!!!!!.
The bishop has given vakkalath and entrusted one advocate to argue for him.But the argument of the first respondent is most important.The court has passed this order after considering various aspects.The court has instructed to reopen the accounts only after the elections and the newly democratically elected treasurer takes charge.
This case comes for arguments(bishop's side) on 28.03.2010.Another case is also there requesting the court to pass appropriate orders to conduct election at the earliest.
The elections to diocesan council was over by JULY 11 TH 2010.Still the elections to executive committee and other committees are pending.Eight months are over.Now bishop is running the show with his own people selected to administrative committee as per his wish(legal binding is a different question!!!!).But still he is unhappy.
Now there is no property committee,school and college committees,ministerial committee,working committee etc.etc.
No body has any idea about the election to form the executive committee and other constitutional committees.
Being people like you fighting for the implementation of church laws as well as the Laws of the Land we are also in darkness.we can only say that now it is a PECULIAR SITUATION.
All are totally confused.

a,The case given to declare the constitutional administrative committee.
b,The case filed by Col.James Hunt against the statement of bishop submitted in the court alleging that he is a non Christian.(I know very well that he is confirmed and bona fide member of csi).
c,The pray to court for conducting executive committee election at the earliest under the supervision of the court.
d,I understand that ten senior members of calicut english church have filed a case against Rev.George.P.T,their chairman for not conducting the church assembly even after repeated requests.
Please do the required enquiry and publish it without much delay.We are getting reliable news only from this website now a days.
