Contempt of court is a severe crime and treated as an anti-social activity.
It is an anti-national activity also.
As per the constitution of North Kerala Diocese the executive committee has the full right to
appoint any person as the manager of our educational institutions.The Bishop is only
a person(being the chairman of the executive committee) to sign on the appointment letter of the manager elected by the executive committee.
He must send request letter to the Govt.Authorities on behalf of the executive committee to approve
the appointment of the manager.Then only the appointees also will get approved in employment.
In the month of July 2011 the diocesan executive met and decided to remove Mr.C.M.Babu from
the post of corporate manager of All Schools in Malabar and Wayanad and appoint
Rev.Vinod Allen as the new manager.The Govt. has approved his appointment also.
This appointment was made for a period of one year or 'until further orders'.The period was from
01.08.2011 to 31.07.2012.
Despite of repeated requests from all the executive committee members the so called bishop
was not ready to convene the executive committee.As usual he was trying to sabotage the
church democracy and cheat the church members.One of the church members approached the
Hon.Subordinate Court of Ottapalam,Palakkad and obtained the above injunction order
dated 31.07.2012.
The order of the Hon.Court is very clear.The bishop is not supposed to appoint any person as manager
in the educational institutions without convening executive committee and its recommendations.
The order dated 31.07.2012 was received by him on the same day evening.The next day
he simply appointed his closest Allie Mr.Jacob Mathew as the corporate manager of Trichur corporate
management.One gang forcibly entered into trichur office and threatened the present manager Rev.Danial
John(Benny Achan) and assumed charges.How is it??????.He can simply sit there.No Govt.will approve his appointment without the executive committee resolution.
The bishop tried a mockery play in calicut also.He sent the old expelled manager Mr.C.M.BABU with an
appointment letter stating that "Bishop is the Education Agency'.(we feel pity on you dear bishop kuruvila).
This not a single management like some Nair families own.Here also he was accompanied by few people like
Mr.Jayachandra Herman alias Unni(who sent foolish complaints to Govt.and miserably failed) and some workers of a small political party(Mr.Babu's party CMP).
THE POLICE INTERFERED AND ONCE AGAIN IT WAS PROVED THAT THE BISHOP IS JUST
A SPIRITUAL LEADER OF THE CHURCH AS WELL AS THE SIGNING PERSON OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AND HE HAS NO 'BUSINESS' WITH SCHOOLS AND
COLLEGE.THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE IS THE EDUCATION AGENCY.
ONCE UPON A TIME ONE KING WAS THERE.HE SAID 'I AM THE STATE'.SIMILAR STORY REPEATS.
WE ARE ASHAMED TO PUT THESE WORDS ABOUT OUR BISHOP.POOR BISHOP HAS TO FACE 'CONTEMPT OF COURT PROCEEDINGS'.
NB-THE BISHOP KURUVILA IS FREE TO SEND COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS POST TO
THE CHIEF MINISTER OF KERALA OR EVEN TO THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA.
WE WILL CONTINUE TO INFORM THE 'FOOLISH ILLEGALITIES' TO THE WORLD EVEN IF THE SKY COME DOWN.WE ARE FROM BRAVE CHRISTIAN FAMILIES.REMEMBER.

Imagine That In the Very Morning of 31/07/2012 .The Bishop Executed an Order and Sent to the Authorities Concerned.
Then how the evening served Stay Order Will affect it
You should have to issue a stay order before 31/07/2012 and should serve the same on 30/07/2012 it self
Please go on updating the events resting with the new appointment of an unauthorized person. Keep the world around informed of the illegalities indulged in by the person called bishop, a shepherd with no sheep except some other interests in sheep skin. we are totally fed up with the bishop supporters who has no 'SKIN' to reveal the name.anonymous,anonymous,anonymous.
Anyway we consider this foolish anony comment as the feeling of the so called shepherd.
Dear anony,use your brain and read the order in full.He is not supposed to appoint manager without the recommendations of the executive committee.The stay was received by him in the evening of 31.07.2012.The Hon.Court has strictly injucted him from appointing any person as manager without exe.decision.He must have withdrew his order even it was prepared a century back.Or if there is any problem in convening the committee he should have informed the court the next day and obtain special order.It is very difficult to convince some of the dull headed persons advocating the bishop.When the court instructed you something you must obey first.So many requests from exe.committee members were received by the so called bishop and the manager himself sent him letters in this regard.Moreover the synod sent him letters to convene working committee which was gone to trash.
We wonder still people are living in this earth to support the people who does anti-national activity.
Dear anony,Take a print out of this order and meet any advocate 'clerk' and he will convince you what is an injunction and how it is affected.
If somebody takes a stay on 30 th the bishop will put an order on 29 th.These are all the actions of the people living in 'BANANA REPUBLIC'The hundred percent members excluding the dull headed supporters of the bishop want to live in the country peacefully obeying the Laws of the Land.
Please do not disturb the real Indian citizens.Why don't you people leave this church and join in some other religion where the Laws of the Land are not applicable.
Please do not disturb our children.
why u r simply making troubles in csi weather the bishop is right or the other group but please think about the working of educational institutions undr csi.dont forget the importance of ur institutions in the field of education.so many students their parents, teachers and other staff are trusting.Dont spoil their life.please its a humble request

Thank you for your comment.Please note that bishop is the only person trying to spoil the schools.We are preventing his illegal actions.
We request you to please come to the corporate manager's office and go through the records.Understand yourself and help the poor employees and officials to repair the damages made by the bishop.
Nobody from outside the church will come and correct the bishop and his allies.
We are doing hard work to revive the institutions spoiled by the so called bishop and his supporters.
Come and convince yourself.
